Aetherium Software LTDA ("Aetherium", "we", "us") operates the Hapag App platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone number and credentials provided when registering.
- Restaurant content — menus, photos, branch information and other content you upload to operate your restaurant on the platform.
- Order data — items ordered, delivery addresses and payment status from customers using a restaurant's public storefront.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and basic usage analytics required to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process orders placed through restaurants, send transactional emails, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal information.
4. Sharing of information
We share information only with: (a) restaurants you order from, limited to what is necessary to fulfill the order; (b) infrastructure providers that host the platform under data processing agreements; (c) authorities when legally required.
5. Payments
Payments to restaurants are processed using each restaurant's own e-wallet credentials (GCash, Maya). Aetherium does not retain any portion of those payments and does not store full card data.
6. Data retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
7. Your rights

8. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords (Argon2id), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
